Nightlife in Dublin

Where to spend amazing Saturday night? In Dublin!!! Every bars, pubs and night clubs are crowded and u will meet people from all over the world and all the ages!! It doesn't matter if u re foreigner or Dubliners or young or old everybody just want to have a fun and getting f*cking mortal!! Haha! The most famous street is Temple Bar.. It's a long street where it's fun everywhere. If u re lucky u will miss some fight because always some drunk stupid guy want to punch somebody without reason.. I almost had a fight, but I don't want to ruin my amazing night :))

So what is the best to drink? Guinness!!! I love the the taste little bit bittersweet but the ,,coffee,, flavour at the end is the best I was pretty sure there is some coffee in but what a mistake!! Guinness brewery is the 6th biggest in the world and Guinness is the most selling stout! It's selling all over the world but the best taste is definitely in Ireland ;))) the pint cost from €4.80 - €6 (depends on place)..

So I prefer pubs we did kind of tour de Dublin. And every bar was so crowded so u have to be little bit rude to get to the bar and order Guinness, but then u can dance in front of band and there re playing amazing! Everybody just dancing jumping and enjoying the night! That's why is beer all over the floor so sometimes u can't move because you just stick to the floor (it's remember me Liege, but Liege's bars are much worse)
So after 4th pint of Guinness u re little bit drunk and having fun or chat with everybody around- the handsome guys from rugby team or hurling team or somebody from countryside of Ireland (it was really hard to understand, but my English is getting better especially when u re drunk so I made it :D) and if u re lucky u will meet Elvis.... :)))

Temple bar is amazing, the beers are quite expensive because it's the tourist ,,attraction,, it's not the place where many Dubliners are partying but in Dublin are better places as well like the posh ones. For example Cafe en Seine or other bars in Dawson street. U don't pay for entry (u re paying entry mainly to night clubs) and everybody looks awesome, girls have dresses guys have suits and u re not allow to wear sneakers  :)) the difference between Temple Bar and Dawson Street.. And there are another great places around the Grafton Street..
To sum up there are lots of great party areas in Dublin but definitely u have to visit Temple Bar because if u don't visit this u wouldn't see Dublin at all ;)))

Gym time

Get in shape!! Christmas parties are coming!!! Juhuuu... I was never so excited about Christmas like this year.. I am very looking forward to see my family and friends..
And I wanna look my best! That's why I am going to gym almost every day. I started 3 weeks ago and I am feeling amazing. I found the awesome gym in Dublin named Flyefit. It's cheap, no contract and there is everything what I need, especially punching bag!! I love box!(I used to train in Czech for 4 months and I absolutely felt in love! So many expression, so many movement, so many speed.. And it's absolutely incredible for your health and body! Because u re all the time in move it's great cardio exercise for your heart as well. But enough of box you have to try!!! Don't be worry after first lesson u will love it too ;))
So I wanna have a 6pack on Christmas time. Christmas is in 8 weeks! I have still some time but it's so hard.. I'm doing abs exercise everyday there is some result but not what I expect. I know the exercise is NOT the most important, the meal is. And here is the problem!!! I eliminated carbs of lunch like rice, pasta, potatoes and this stuff. I am eating bulgur, salmon, celery's fries and vegetables. There is no problem during the day but the worst is the night.. At the evening I realized how I love chocolate, cookies and Pringles as well :) that's why I have just 4pack at this moment ;) but I'll do my best to eat properly, clean and better ;)))
So 8 weeks guys!! Stay positive, lean, toned and don't miss your daily exercise :)))
One hour of exercise is just 4% of your day so let's do it!!!!!

Xxx T.

Brussels sprouts

Like every Friday evening all normal young people are partying somewhere but I cooked :D
Maybe in Ireland I'll finally learn how to cook..
I did brussels sprouts with garlic, carrots and mozzarella. And it's amazing! If you like this vegetables you would definitely try this recipe... It's really simple!
Cut brussels sprout on the half. Put it on the glass dish and cut carrots and garlic as well. Then put some spicy like black pepper, basil, oregano and what else you like and don't forget about olive oil. Then put mozzarella on the top and baked for 30 mins in oven. And this how it looks!! Yummy :)))

Ireland #1

Hi everybody,
I decided to refresh my blog. It was long time since I've posted last article. So there is a new one! Looking forward? You should!!! At this time it's gonna be super amazing and funny story as well :))) And I will posting as much as I can. Let's start...
The biggest news in my life is that I graduated so call me the big bachelor :))) and I moved to Ireland.  I am living close to Dublin about 30 mins by train...
And because Ireland is the place where the best experiences happen I have to share it with you...
It's gonna be 2 months already what I am living here! You will not believe me but I felt in love with ,,rainy,, (but not rainy it's sunny almost all the time) Dublin at first sight..
My plan was/is pretty clear to know about Ireland as much as possible... So it means to have Irish boyfriend, play Irish national sport GAA or maybe rugby (I am not still sure because I love myself and don't want to have any injury) and travel a lot around all country...
This plan seemed to be simple first but at the end it's not such a easy how it looks, however I gained a lot of experience and I am getting better in English ;) (or trying at least)..
Let's first talk about GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association). It's divided to soccer (you can catch the ball into hands - weird isn't it?) and hurling (men) and camogie (for women). Hurling is another weird sport you need helmet, stick and football boots because you're playing on football pitch. Of course I don't have any football boots so I went to training with runners what a mistake it was so slippy so I almost fall down all the time..
You have stick and really heavy ball and doing some kind of weird swing and of course you can catch the ball into hand.. For me as a tennis player and coach it was absolutely different move and swing as I said. But after that I finally knew why is the problem for Irish kids to do proper tennis swing... Because all kids have to play this amazing Irish sport!!! At this moment the season is over but I will definitely play next!! Wau so looking forward...
But what I have to mention where the nationally matches are playing. For rugby there is a monument and so amazing stadium called Aviva (really beautiful it was built before the crises and construction cost €410 mil. and the capacity is for 51,700 spectators) and for hurling(GAA games) is not so monument stadium as Aviva named Croke Park... I will upload more pics later ;))) don't worry!

Prdlajc!
Každé cvičení a pohyb využívá jiné pro Vás třeba nezvyklé partie, takže se nebojte zařadit do cvičení jak kardio, jógu, ale i různé druhy boxu, atd, atd.
Chvilku to sice bude bolet, ale poté získanou všestrannost bude kde kdo závidět!

Tak s chutí do fitka si vypotit hormony štěstí... Juchůůůůů :))

Amsterdam

Amsterdam is city full of alternative arts, canals, freedom, drugs and bikes! You can do everything, nothing is impossible. This city is really open minden! One day you would like to be street dancer? Just be! Another tour guide? Just be!
I absolutly love Amsterdam, Holland and just whole Netherlands. This people are so cute, lovely, funny, active, extraordinary. I have never ever meet so nice people! They will help you if you lost way, etc.
But on the other hand Amsterdam is totally multicultural city, there live lots of foreigners mainly in the city centre of Amsterdam. It is an exception to meet Dutchmen, however. Mostly there are drunk and high people from other countries. This is really funny, less than 10% of Dutch people regulary visit coffee shops. But for foreigners it is such great opportunity to be high in legal way that it´s obligation to stop in the coffee shop and get high! But you should that Holland has also another  interesting sides than prostitutes and drugs! I think this is really usefull sentence for trip to Amsterdam, in Dutch: Ik heb een beste kater.  - I have a hangover.

So hat beste and see you in Amsterdam... AndtheStory xxx!
